Gillman Barracks was launched in 2012 as a visual arts cluster in Singapore. Today, it is home to leading international and local art galleries and a national contemporary art research centre.

Project Objective
The event had to feature all that was synonymous with Gillman Barracks as a focal point of Singapore’s growing arts scene. One key objective was to brand the site as an innovative platform for the creation, exhibition and discussion of contemporary art. The programme had to showcase all galleries equally and in an impartial manner. Integrating a broad range of creative styles, formats and influences, the event was designed to provide a sense of wonder, excitement and creative inspiration to audiences of all ages and backgrounds.
